Privacy Policy

Last updated June 19, 2026

drfind.ai (“drfind,” “we,” “us”) is a free tool for searching the public U.S. healthcare provider registry. We try to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what we handle and the choices you have.

What we collect

We do not require accounts, and we do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.

About the provider data we show

Provider records come from the public CMS National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) — government data that is disclosable under the Freedom of Information Act. It is professional registration information (practice name, address, specialty, NPI), not personal data we have collected about you. Providers maintain their own NPPES records.

How we use what we collect

To operate and secure the service, return search results, understand aggregate usage, and respond to messages. We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a functioning, abuse-resistant website.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent your information. We rely on infrastructure providers (e.g., Cloudflare) to host the site and serve traffic; they process technical data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

Because we don’t maintain user accounts or profiles, there is little personal data to access or delete. You can use the site without giving us any identifying information. For questions about data you’ve emailed us, contact us and we’ll help.

Children

The service is intended for general and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
