Terms of Service
Last updated June 19, 2026
By using drfind.ai (the “service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What drfind is
drfind is a search interface over the public CMS National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES). It helps you find and read provider records in plain language. It is an informational tool only.
Data accuracy & no professional advice
Provider data is sourced from NPPES and is self-reported by providers. It can be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors, and we do not independently verify it. Do not rely on drfind as the sole basis for credentialing, billing, clinical, employment, or other consequential decisions. For authoritative information, confirm against the official source at npiregistry.cms.hhs.gov. Nothing here is medical, legal, or professional advice.
No affiliation
drfind is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CMS, NPPES, NUCC, or any provider listed.
Acceptable use
- Don’t scrape or bulk-extract the site, overload it, or attempt to disrupt it. (Need bulk or API access? Get in touch.)
- Don’t use provider information to harass, defraud, or unlawfully contact anyone.
- Comply with all applicable laws and any third-party terms.
Intellectual property
The underlying NPPES data is U.S. government public-domain information. The site’s design, text, and software are owned by drfind and provided for your personal or internal business use.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, drfind will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on information from the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
